Your friendly guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the zipline visitor welcome center in the Cancun jungle. Get ready for your canopy adventure with an equipment fitting including a harness, security pulley, helmet and gloves and receive clear safety instructions for traversing the 12-circuit zipline.When you’re prepared to take flight, zoom through the forest along a series of ultra-thin zipline cables that cover approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km). Take in the sights of your natural surroundings as you soar though the air from tree to tree the ultimate adrenaline-pumping experience!Once you’ve finished the zipline circuit, hop on your four-wheeler ATV a Polaris Trail Boss 330 for a thrilling 30-minute off-road adventure. Aboard your easy-to-drive vehicle, enjoy your expedition on the forest path, and admire the extraordinary flora and fauna along the way.Head to a refreshing Mayan cenote Cenote Lukama a large natural cavern located deep within the jungle with gorgeous emerald waters to dive into. Enjoy your time swimming and relaxing before heading back by ATV to the welcome center, where you’ll receive your complimentary light lunch under the shade of a large palapa.With access to lockers, restrooms, a restaurant deck and bar, you can enjoy a change of clothes and relax. This tour is unorganized. I have never ridden an ATV before. They gave me a 10 second review basically consisting of this is the gas, this is the brake. They said that there would always be a tour guide in the front and at the end of the ATV line, basically sandwiching the riders between tour guides to ensure rider safety and to ensure that no rider would get lost. Well, the tour guide at the end of the line disappeared. I was the last rider and lost track of the group since I was scared to go fast and couldn't keep up with them. The roads were not marked and I inadvertently went down the wrong road. This road was extremely narrow and riddled with embedded rocks. Even though I drove very slowly, I ended up hitting a rock that was embedded in the road which caused my wheels to get jarred to the side which caused me to crash into a larger rock. I ended up getting thrown off of the ATV. I landed on my back very poorly. I was screaming in agony and NOBODY came to help me. I was basically abandoned in the middle of the Mexican jungle. After screaming for help for over 20 minutes it felt like forever and even though I had a back injury, I ended up having to drag myself to go get help. I only got help by running into another tour group that was driving by. My tour group was nowhere to be seen. I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. I ended up breaking my vertebra and my coccyx in addition to having a severe concussion that affected my memory and cognition and needed to be hospitalized. While the tour company did pay for my hospital stay probably because they realized that they were negligent for abandoning me, I now have medical expenses here in the USA related to my injuries obtained on that tour which my insurance does not want to pay since the injury occurred in another country. This tour was not organized, the roads were not marked, the tour guide disappeared and most importantly, I was abandoned in the middle of the Mexican jungle. They did not look out for my safety at all!!

Looking back, it was good for kids, but it is all stuff you could do at home. There is so much to see and do in the Yucatan that is unique to the area, that my time could have been used better elsewhere.
It's not really a jungle it's more of a scrubland with some big trees. So the view while zip lining was not as impressive as you could get in, say, the mountains, or a real tropical rain forest. -
Overall, the combo package was a great experience!! We were on our Honey-moon, too!!!
Especially the zipling. We had never done it, before but the staff was very supportive, being our first time. Every part of the package was very professional, from pick-up at the hotel, through each activity, till being dropped off back at the hotel.
Would have like the ATV ride to be longer and they didn't allow you to go very fast. The food at the end of the day was a little disappointing, but it was included in the cost so you really can't complain.

had my day wrong, thinking we were going Wednesday , but it was Tuesday. No one called to remind or verify pick up time. They sent an email, which I didn't have access to. If someone had phoned the room, we could have been downstairs in 5 minutes. $400 gone! Super disappointed!!

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end! These guys really know what they are doing. We loved the entire staff because they were so warm and welcoming to us, that made it worth while. Our favorite is PEDRO! We are willing to come do it again just because of Pedro! He's the best and took care of us!
