After hotel pickup (if option selected), travel to Cancun’s dolphinarium. Once there, expert trainers greet you and provide you with a life jacket; you’ll be wading in both shallow depths and waters reaching 13 feet (4 meters) deep during the 1-hour program. The trainers lead you to a station of waist-high water, where you’ll learn about dolphins’ characteristics and receive guidance on how to play with these bright and energetic creatures.
Time to nuzzle noses with a dolphin! You’ll spend about 40 minutes with one of them in a sparkling lagoon. Wait until it sidles up to you, accept its extended fins for a handshake, and then share wet kisses and hugs with each other.
Then, don the provided diving mask, peer into the water and admire the refinement of the dolphins’ movements from a different angle, and perhaps hear their unique clicking sounds and singing underwater.
Complete your already magical experience with a ride on one of the dolphins. Trainers are there to make sure both humans and dolphins are safe.
Photographers and videographers are on-site to capture your once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the dolphins. Photographs and CDs will be available for purchase by the time you leave the dolphinarium.
After a fun day, enjoy being transported back to your hotel (if option selected).

It was a lot of fun! I only wish that we could take our own cameras and I could have spent all day with the dolphins!

All they cared was as to take photos with the dolphins and then pay them for the photos.
And not to mention that the photos are extremely expensive. We paiid $75 for 3 photos on a DVD. When they saw that we don't want more photos they told us that we can buy all 20 photos that they took with $150. -
This experience turned me back into a child - it was wonderful. Yes, part of me is sad that the dolphins are in captivity,yet they are well looked after and very playful. A very well-organised tour. You have to get your hotel to make the call to confirm your pick up time when you get to Mexico. I did the 11:30 - 13:00 and this was just enough time to spend an hour with the dolphins, get changed and choose photos. Be aware though, the prices of the photos are astronomical! If you want to spend time in the Wet n' Wild Park, select the other Viator activity.

very short, we had just one dolphin when others have 2. too expensive for what we got.
