Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your Hotel to Airport transfer, you will be required to reconfirm exact pick up times and places (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

    Our collection from Penang Airport to Battu Ferrengi was excellent and our flight was late arriving . Taxi Driver was informative and a safe driver. Issue on return from resort to Airport. Traffic was heavy and we made Check in just in time . There needs to be more time given for the journey from Battu Ferrengi to Penang Airport than is offered . Our flight was 21:15 pick up was18:00 . Earlier pick up time would have been less stressful .

    Transfer worked well for us as we were three adults with a reasonable amount of luggage. Driver was on time, although getting transfer time was a bit complicated. A message was left at our hotel by "Janet" with a number to ring and confirm when we would be picked up - only problem that number only ever went through to a message bank. Finally we rang the international number and got on to Janet who gave me the time, which was also confirmed in writing by another message at the hotel.

    We are a family of three from the United States. We visited Penang in November 2013. The Hotel-to-Airport transfer was perfect. The drive arrived to our hotel 15 mins before scheduled time, helped us with the luggage, and deposited us to Penang Int'l Airport on time. On the way he gave us a mini-tour of Penang island. Overall experience is excellent.
