Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your Hotel to Airport transfer, you will be required to reconfirm exact pick up times and places (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

    Our driver was early and was very friendly. I like to book transfers so I don't have to muck around with getting a taxi and bartering for the price.

    We rang and requested if we could possibly be picked up one hour earlier than originally planned. The same driver who picked us up arrived right on midday and he took us to the Botanical Garden as we had asked so we could see the monkeys. The driver waited and then he took us past the snake Temple and onto the airport. He was fantastic, we would use this Company again and we highly recommend this them for transfers and they also do tours all at a great rate.

    I ended up being picked up by a minivan and was the sole occupant. I got given a mini history tour of Penang on the way to the airport. The choice of drivers by the company is good, they are personable and are long term Penangites which is a really nice touch.
