My flight out of Hong Kong was late so I missed my connecting flight to Kuching so I thought my drive would have left but when I did not show up on the first flight he went to the counter and found what flight I was rebook onto and was there wanting. For most of you this may not be important but for a woman who travels around the world by myself it is very important.

We had a lot a baggage so specifically booked this service as it shows a van in the photo and states on the website Your driver will meet you on arrival, help with your luggage and drive you to your destination in a comfortable air-conditioned minivan.

Driver did not help with bags and we were met in a basic 4 door sedan, not a mini van as advertised. Overall we were picked up on time and delivered to our hotel but we did not receive the service that was advertised. I don' know how much a regular taxi is but for what we paid for and received next time I will just take an airport taxi.

Driver was waiting at the airport, the drive to the hotel was a little longer than expected, but the driver was very talkative and pointed out many of the landmarks along the way. Price was within expectation. A comfortable experience that made us relaxed after a tiring journey.

Driver was waiting and made sure our tours for next four days were organised.
