    Whether you’re traveling first class or economy, take a break from travel at Kuala Lumpur Airport in one of its convenient lounges. Choose from two locations in Kuala Lumpur Airport: the Satellite Building in Kuala Lumpur's International Terminal and the Departure Hall of the KLIA2.
    Please note: The Plaza Premium Lounge is located in the restricted area of the departure level of the airport. You must pass through security and immigration prior to entering the lounge. An on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering the lounge.

    " Opening Hours: 24 hours, daily
    Lounge at International Departures, klia2：
    " Location: Level 2, International Departure, klia2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (next to Gate L8)
    " Opening Hours: 4:00am-12:00am, daily
    Plaza Premium Lounge/Wellness at International Departures, klia2：
    " Location: S6-3-A03, Level 3, International Departure, Terminal klia2, KL International Airport
    " Opening Hours: 4:00am-12:00am, daily

    Absolutely abysmal. Given it 1 star as it wouldn’t allow 0
    Packed out so nowhere to sit. Food mediocre at best. Showers out of order (the main reason for booking.
    Eventually sorted out compensation, but took forever - customer service lacking throughout! Would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone

    Expensive. Food very cheap. Showers weren't working and they offered us free showers at spa, which would have been fine. Then when we showed up at appointed time, we were told there had been some 'confusion' and in the end, we had nothing. No real food, no showers, and no bed. Should have stayed at Tune, which we did on our way back thru KLIA. Same price but had showers, bed, and same cheap food.

    There was a queue to get in, the staff did not know how to scan voucher from phone, and had to go through 4 different staff before i got let in. Then they told me the showers and toilets were out of order. The beer was good .

    I purchased this because of my experience in Heathrow. (fantastic) but Kuala Lumpur experience was dreadful. The amount of people who turned up at the door was horrific. Causing the lounge to be over subscribed. I purchased my ticket for the lounge early, but having only a mobile I was unable to

    Long haul flight so was looking forward to a shower......on 5 Sept showers closed and only one sink in Ladies working...on my trip out 7 weeks before showers broken and only two working ...so had seven weeks to fix.....! ....I regularly use this lounge but may not bother again....

    Seven weeks before showers not working properly...seven weeks on...none working ! .... Long haul flights a shower is something I look forward to to freshen up ..... all part of the Premium Lounge experience...very disappointing

    I was very disappointed that the showers weren't available as I'd had a 12-hour flight and was waiting for another 10-hour flight and I had a 7-hour wait. This made a big difference to my experience.
