Travel from Kota Kinabalu, Rasa Ria or Nexus area hotels to Kota Kinabalu Airport.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your Hotel to Airport transfer, you will be required to reconfirm exact pick up times and places (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Had a little problem at the start of this transfer when we went to confirm our pickup time. The phone number given to us was incorrect which meant we had to use the emergency number. They did not have the paperwork so said they would get back to us which didn't happen. We ended up having to rephone, not very convenient when you have all day tours planned and do not have easy access to a phone. We chose to use this transfer for the convenience as we were pressed for time, but in the end it was not due to having to chase our contact. However the actual transfer went smoothly as they were there 5 mins early to pick us up and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

The driver was waiting at the airport for us with a clearly visible sign, and promptly took us to our Hotel.
For the return journey, the driver was on time, courteous and took us right to the departure entrance. -

The driver was on time and very considerate. He and his colleague ensured all our luggage was on board the van with smiles and helpfulness for the four of us (2 couples).At the airport they went beyond the call of duty by insisting they go through the complete checkout procedure with us all from passport clearance through luggage check through - all made easily and quickly because of their experience and local knowledge. They didn't leave until we had been safely seen through. This is the second time my husband and I have used Viator for transfers ( the first being in Bangkok last October) and both times the service has been faultless. I don't think we will ever consider another transfer service in the future as the best is hard to beat!!

The meet and greet was efficient. They had a name board with my name on it. The transfer was a van and I was the only one. Would recommend this. More expensive than a taxi however saves you hassle of getting one.
