You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel and depart Nairobi for Lake Nakuru National Park passing at the Great Rift Valley view point and drive on the floor of the great Rift Valley. Arrive at the Lake Nakuru National Park and proceed for a game drive. Enjoy lunch at a Lodge in Lake Nakuru or alternatively carry picnic lunch. Have a short rest after lunch and continue with an afternoon game drive as you depart the park and drive back to Nairobi arriving in the early evening. Lake Nakuru is a shallow strong alkaline lake set in a picturesque landscape of surrounding woodland and grassland and occupies around a third of the Park. It is one of the most scenic parks in East Africa with a bird and rhino sanctuary and is home to a wide range of animals including lion, leopard, buffalo, giraffe, waterbuck and rhino, the only notable exception being the elephant. The park is also a bird watcher’s paradise, with over 450 known species having being spotted here. Vegetation ranges from Savannah to various indigenous forests. A world heritage site, Lake Nakuru is most famous for its million-plus grand pink flamingo population. The Park can be visited all round the year.行程概要出發地點
