As expected with all my dealings with Viator, this was excellent. The driver, Steve Kariuki was waiting for us at the airport and efficiently got us to the hotel. Nairobi is a huge, chaotic city with incredible traffic problems, so having a trustworthy and efficient driver is important. In all our dealings with Viator, we appreciate the quality and efficiency of the people that they retain as it gives comfort when being apprehensive in such a foreign city.
