    產品介紹

Your sushi-themed morning tour starts at the Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal in Tokyo, where you’ll meet your guide and head by subway to the Tsukiji Fish Market, the world's largest fish and seafood market and one of the largest wholesale markets of any kind.
The market is split into the inner market, the wholesale portion that is restricted to visitors, and the outer market, the retail portion that features food stands, restaurants and shops selling Japanese kitchen tools. With your guide, stay in the outer market for about 45 minutes to explore the many stalls packed with exotic seafood and learn about the types of fish you’ll work with at your cooking class.
Next, your tour continues at a popular sushi restaurant for your sushi-making class. This cooking school is popular with both locals and visitors, and your guide will translate your teacher’s instructions.
Learn the art of making sushi — both rolls and nigiri — before sitting down to enjoy your creations for lunch.
Your tour concludes at the entrance to Tsukiji Station, where your guide can direct you to your preferred location.

Lots of fun, you learn some interesting things and the sushi was excellent. Would like more info at market but too crowded to hear guide

Excellent tour guide and organized experience at Tsukiji fish market. Without this tour, the market would have been otherwise overwhelming. There was an adequate amount of free time to explore as well. The sushi making class was taught by a very charming young chef in a beautiful location in Ginza. The only thing that could make this tour better is if the tour included the wet market.

The Tsukiji Fish Market Tour was fun but very short. It was quite literally just walking through the market for maybe 10 minutes to get to the Sushi Making class without a lot of chances to stop and buy things. The class was very educational and the chef was very kind. Medium quality fish provided which doesn't exactly add up to the price of the experience. Would recommend just taking the trip to the market on your own time and just visiting a sushi restaurant nearby to watch a chef prepare high quality sushi.

The market tour did not include the inner market area, but you have a small window of free time where you can run right over if you want. Having rushed over, and rushed back, I'd probably have stayed in the outer market next time and spent more time sampling food. If I could do it over I'd probably have skipped this activity all together, and spent more time in the outer market, and missed out on the cooking class.

The sushi making course, is just laying fish over rice, while trying to ensure there is an 'air pocket' in the rice. You're not making art, or really learning techniques which you could apply later at home. Having taken cooking classes through Viator in the past, I'd say this one wasn't as great as others. To the operators, I might suggest more hands on education on the 'prep work' rather than exclusively focusing on the assembly. People want to know about how the rice is made, what history/traditions the food has on the overall culture.

Very interesting day. Markets were amazing. Sushi preparation well organised and thoroughly enjoyed eating my preparation.

This is well worth the money. They took us around the outside of the Fish Market. If you want to see inside, you will need to take a different tour. The tour guide pointed out booths with free samples and if you want to try a certain type of fish I tried sea urchin here they point out places that provide affordable portions.

Next you go to Ginza and learn how to roll sushi. You make 2 rolls and about 8 pieces of sushi. I would say this is probably the best tour I've ever bought on Viator.

Wonderful tour, our guide was very kind and helpful. We loved touring the market, but the sushi class was especially fun!! Wonderful instructors, delicious lunch! I would highly recommend this experience.

The sushi making was fun and the market trip was also interesting, however there is ALOT to eat after making all the sushi. We felt they could have fit the most interesting parts in in a shorter amount of time as there is always so much to see and do and fit in to your trip to Japan.

Tour started off with hotel pick-up because we were one of the hotels on the list. It'll be a large tour bus that'll take you to the bus station where everyone will separate for the tour they signed up for. Then we checked in and waited around for a bit till the tour started.

Tour was great! Overall our guide was very thoughtful and there were things out of her control... like the sheer number of people at the fish market around Christmas/New Years time and the massive crowds... but after getting to the restaurant, things calmed down and we were making our sushi. Lots of food you can control the amount of rice you want to put in and great atmosphere.

Tip: If you want more time at the fish market to explore all the streets/vendors/food stalls, may not have enough time, but we had about 1 hour to explore.

Had a fantastic time. The restaurant was really nice and enjoyed learning about sushi and trying to master it ourselves. Would definitely recommend.
