Upon arrival at Narita International Airport (NRT), simply proceed to the arrivals terminal. A professional and friendly shuttle service representative will be waiting for you with your name on the name board. No prior reconfirmation is required.
Offering door-to-door service, this Tokyo arrival shuttle transfer is an easy start to your vacation in the 'vertical city'!
The covered areas include any hotel or ryokan within Central Tokyo's fifteen wards or the Maihama area. Central Tokyo's fifteen wards include:

" Chiyoda

" Minato
" Ota
" Shibuya
" Shinagawa
" Shinjuku

Though they will be briefed on your destination, we cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver. Local operator can provide an English-speaking assistant upon request for a fee of JPY 6,000.

Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability If you book this transfer service without required hotel and/or flight information, you have 48 hours from the time of your booking to provide missing required information. If not provided in time, the local operator has the right to deny your booking Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcases. Additional luggage will be charged JPY2,000 per piece Any oversize luggage (Golf bags, Skis, Snowboards etc.) will be charged JPY2,000 regardless of your amount of luggage Infants under 2 years old not occupying a seat may ride free of charge. For infants traveling in their own seat, please contact our local operator in advance to inquire about child car seat availability Our local representative will be waiting for you 30 minutes after the flight's arrival time with your name on a name board in the area immediately after customs Shuttle leaves airport within 2 hours after flight arrival. very efficient the driver was at the airport on time waiting for us, it was a long drive from Narita to Ginza arrived at Peak hour next time will book an earlier flight.

Good value, the transfer was on time and the driver was very helpful and a bit of a tour guide to boot :-.

The shared arrival was confusing. It was difficult for us to find the agent and we had to wait a while for the transporation.

My flight was delayed. I was not lost. As soon as I picked up my luggage and got out of the door, the party to pick me up were there with my name. The representative took care of my luggage while I was at the foreign exchange counter. The van was clean and the driver was driving safely.

The transfer company rep was at the arrivals hall waiting for me with my name. I was the only one so didn't have to wait for other passengers. The vehicle was a brand new ultra modern mini van fully air conditioned. It was like taxi but for the fraction of the price.

Look no further when deciding how to get to your hotel from Narita. This is the best transfer service we have experienced. The Narita airport is very busy and when we first saw the lines through immigration/customs we felt overwhelmed. We were through the lines within 10 minutes and as we came out of the baggage claim area, our Green Tomato representative was there to meet us. Our shared transfer had 7 people on a very comfortable SUV Limo style mini-bus. It is a long drive into Tokyo but it was comfortable and we had a great ride. Our hotel was the first drop-off and the driver had to navigate some pretty narrow streets to get us to the Best Western Nishikasai but he delivered us without any problem and we started our visit to Tokyo with a wonderful arrival experience. VERY GOOD VALUE.
