After your arrival in either Narita International Airport and Haneda International Airport, your private driver will be waiting for you in the area immediately after customs holding a sign with your name. Follow your driver to a comfortable private vehicle and relax as you are transferred to your appointed destination within Tokyo's 23 wards or the Urayasu area.
At time of booking, you MUST include the following flight and drop-off details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Arrival Airline
" Arrival Flight Number
" Arrival Date and Time in Tokyo
" Name, Address and Phone Number of Final Destination
" Total Number of Luggage

Vehicle upgrade fees will be applied For infants traveling in their own seat, please contact our local operator in advance to inquire about child car seat availability Our local representative will be waiting for you with your name on a name board in the area immediately after customs For International Flight, vehicle leaves airport within 90 minutes after flight arrival. If you don't show up within 90 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. For Domestic Flight vehicle leaves airport within 60 minutes after flight arrival. If you don't show up within 60 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. We were met on time and driven to our hotel near Tokyo station without any problems. Great Service. It is a recommend from me. Just make sure you confirm your flight with the company before you leave.

Ikegame was waiting for us right outside customs with a large printed sign with my name on it. She spoke little English, but got us to the hotel without issue. I would recommend this service. The confirmation process was good.

this was a good buy for the large group of 12th which we are hawaiian so we are not so tiny and we had a lot of luggage but the 2 vans were perfect in one van i had 8 adults and luggage and the other i had 4 adults and luggage it was perfect and the escort came right in to get us so we did not have to go look for the van he took us out when we had all our luggage. I had another company give me a price for 107.00 per person just to pick me up and take me to the hotel telling me there were late fee charges and other fees but that was to much and your deal cost half the price i was able to book the other show using your transfer so i was very please would recommend you company to my friends which i did

Great! He was on time, spoke a little English. It was the easiest way to get to and from the city with two very tired teenagers.

We arrived for the first time in Tokyo and were met at the baggage claim exit by our driver. His car was close and we were able to get to our hotel quickly after a long flight. The service worked perfectly!
