After your arrival in either Kansai International Airport or Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport), your private driver will be waiting for you in the area immediately after customs holding a sign with your name. Follow your driver to a comfortable private vehicle and relax as you are transferred to your appointed destination within Osaka.
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and drop off details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Arrival Airline
" Arrival Flight Number
" Arrival Airport
" Arrival Time
" Name, Address, and Phone Number of Final Destination
" Total Number of Luggage

Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability A total of 10 pieces of luggage and carry-on items are allowed (vans only) For infants traveling in their own seat, please contact our local operator in advance to inquire about child car seat availability Our local representative will be waiting for you with your name on a name board in the area immediately after customs For International Flight vehicle leaves airport within 90 minutes after flight arrival. If you don't show up within 90 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. For domestic Flight vehicle leaves airport within 60 minutes after flight arrival. If you don't show up within 60 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. Please note that pickup vehicle may differ depending on number of passengers Please provide the name, address and phone number of your appointed location at the time of booking Please provide the total number of luggage you will have Baggage allowances: Groups of 1-2 passengers may have up to 2 suitcases. Groups of 3-4 passengers may have up to 4 suitcases.
