You'll be met at the location you appointed by a professional driver who will take you to either Kansai International Airport or Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport). When booking, you will need to provide your pickup location detail in Kyoto and flight details.
Your private driver will pick you up three to five hours before your flight. Please be ready with your luggage at the scheduled pickup time. Be aware that any no-shows will result in automatic cancellation.
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and pickup details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Departure Airline
" Departure Flight Number
" Departure Airport
" Departure Time
" Name, Address, and Phone Number of Pickup Location
" Total Number of Luggage

Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability Total of 10 pieces of luggage and carry-on items are allowed (vans only) For infants traveling in their own seat, please contact our local operator in advance to inquire about child car seat availability Vehicle will pick you up 3.5-4.5 hours prior to flight departure time at your appointed pickup location. (pickup time varies depend on pickup location) Please be present and have your bags ready at the scheduled pickup time.
