During this full day cooking class, you’ll learn to cook a number of basic and advanced Indian dishes as well as secret techniques that make Indian cuisine so rich and delicious. Attending such cooking class enables you to learn how to prepare multi-course Indian meal. These cooking classes are tailor-made for individuals and small groups who wish to learn some Indian cooking in a private and customised setting.
Guests attending this cooking class also receive a special gift - a hamper which contains some important ingredients that are used in almost every Indian kitchen and a detailed overview on their proper usage. These will help you enhance the taste of your own cooking as you learn the proper use of spices and other ingredients that will make your Indian dishes as authentic as possible. This cooking class is a good option for serious foodies who wish to learn as much as possible in a day.
The menu includes Up to 6 Indian snacks like pakora, samosa, poha, kachauri, chaat,
1-2 Desserts : Halwa, kheer, mithai (Indian sweets)
4 vegetable and pulses (lentils) dishes and curries
Rice dishes (steamed and pulao), Indian breads (rotis, naans and paranthas)
2-3 drinks: Lassi (different types including flavoured ones like mango lassi), Aam panna, Chaach
