Meet your guide and small group in the early morning outside Cusrow Baug in Colaba. Then hop on your comfortable bike (helmet available upon request) for a leisurely ride through Mumbai. Your guide avoids major roads whenever possible and heads out before the streets become crowded, so you can take in the sights and cycle at a relaxed pace before the heat of the day.
Your 4-hour bicycle tour starts with a gentle ride through the back streets of the Fort area, a business district that lay at the heart of the city during the 18th century. Watch Mumbai wake up as you descend upon Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), and admire the fa ade of one of India’s busiest railway stations. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage site for its Victorian Gothic revival style, the historic station was also a filming location for the award-winning 2008 movie Slumdog Millionaire.
Continue on to Crawford Market, where you’ll get off your bike to have a look inside. As one of Mumbai’s largest wholesale fruit, vegetable and meat markets, it was the first building in India to receive electricity. You’ll ride through the Kalbadevi and Bhuleshwar bazaars before stopping at Bombay Panjrapole, which shelters more than 350 cows and other stray animals right in the middle of the bustling city!
Visit Mumbadevi Temple, where Hindu priests bestow their devotees with blessings, before riding through Mumbai’s flower alley for a colorful view of marigold garlands. After a quick stop for tea, cycle along the 1-mile (3-km) stretch of Marine Drive ─ a coastal promenade bordering the Arabian Sea. Marvel at the peace of this early morning ocean view en route to Sassoon Dock, a major fish loading and trading center in South Mumbai.

This was a great, intimate, gritty look at Mumbai. Our guides were wonderful, and they took very good care of us, peddling through the streets. The only difficult thing was finding the meeting spot restaurant.

Amazing tour from beginning to end ! Must try even for the locals.

We were a bit apprehensive about this trip having booked it from the U.K.
got to thinking about the traffic, the heat,fitness levels.
So anyway set alarm for 5am on the day and set off to meet everyone.
We got our bikes, helmets and set off, it was a bit scary at first but the guides done a great professional job of protecting us from the traffic.
We both thoroughly enjoyed it, starting at the Gateway to India, The Railway station , fed The Cows, The Massive Temple then had some Chai off to the flower market, fish market then onto Marine drive, then a spot of breakfast.
all in all a great day met some great people and had a laugh, we would definitely recommend this tour, not too strenuous, no hills good job because the bikes have no gears lol. -

I never expected to meet anyone at the ungodly hour in the morning but the guides were there on time as were the other participants. The tour was a lot of fun and allowed us to discover fascinating parts of Mumbai with excellent local guidance. Always a good way to explore!

This tour is lots of fun. We had two lovely guides who made sure we were safe on the roads. We saw some very interesting sites and it felt that we were really getting in and experiencing life in Mumbai. Some of the sites are a bit confronting such as the meat market and the fish market but very interesting if you can handle the smell. The tour was finished off with a tasty breakfast with our guides. The only improvement would be helmets. I requested one but the two I was given were obviously child helmets and didn't fit so I went without.

Even if you have no time, you need to go for the tour, I think one of the best available, and 100 it is great choice to see the city from Inside.

We loved the tour. We had a very good guide, and all questions was answered. The bicycles were all new and adjusted to the individual.
