Absolutely incredible tour of the Charminar area in Hyderabad! Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get a sense of the magic of India. Tip: Do not eat before heading to a 10am tour -- there's TONS of food to be eaten, so skip breakfast! 10/10 experience. A must-see while in Hyderabad.

This tour was fantastic! Our guide Jonty was wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable not only about food but also about history and so much more. She clearly had a great rapport with all of the food vendors with whom we interacted and we very much enjoyed walking around the area with her. We were traveling with two small children and she was really good at adapting to their needs and limitations eg, we took a tuk-tuk at one point when the kids seemed to be fading although normally that route would have been covered on foot, and at another point, she asked one vendor to allow one of the children to help make the food, which he did. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough! A must-do when visiting Hyderabad.

My husband and I spent a fabulous morning enjoying the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of Old Hyderabad. Paula shared her extensive knowledge of Hyderabad's fascinating history and cuisine and graciously answered our many questions. We found her to be a knowledgeable and charming guide. Our experience of Hyderabad is richer for the insights about the local culture from our tour. We were keen to try South Indian Food that was different from the Indian food we get at home in Australia but didn't know where or what, so we were grateful for an insider's knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to have an authentic experience of local cuisine and culture.
