Your escort will pick you up at 9:15 a.m from your hotel and transfer you to the old port of Mykonos. There you will meet your tour guide and sail to Delos island for a visit to one of the most important ancient civilization archaeological sites of the Eastern Mediterranean.
Once on the island, your tour guide will take you through the entire ancient city with its market places, public squares, the Temple of Apollo, the sanctuary of Artemis, the old city, the amphitheater, and a walk down the celebrated Lion Street. You will also visit the museum of Delos and admire the Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic and Roman sculptures, a collection of vessels from all the periods, as well as small items used in the every day life of the inhabitants. Investigation of ancient stones found on the grounds indicate that Delos has been inhabited since the 3rd millennium BC. At the end of your tour, and before you board the small ferry to return back to Mykonos, you can take a break and enjoy a refreshment at the cafe next to the museum.
Once back at Mykonos old port, you will have two hours of free time before your escort picks you up and transfers you to the Mykonian Spiti for your cooking class participation.
Once at the Mykonian Spiti, you can sit back, relax and enjoy snacks like dakos with kopanisti cheese and tomato, louzes(sun dried pork fillets), sausage, wine and Cretan raki, an anise-flavored spirit. The course menu and dinner varies according to season. All attendees of the course will be supplied with aprons and hats, compliments of the Mykonian Spiti farm-estate. Your Mis en place will be in the kitchen area ready for the menu preparation.
Upon course completion, at around 8:30pm, the property staff will take care of the table setting. The testing of the main dish before serving will be done by the chief guest. The meal and the consumption of wines, refreshments, drinks are free of charge with no limit on quantity and time duration. Following dinner, a relaxing siesta on the sun beds of the garden area is recommended, accompanied by digestive drinks or coffees. At the end, there will be a photo session with guests and staff, guestbook dedications, and a small gift basket per two participants, loaded with traditional flavors and drinks.
Finally transportation service will be provided back to your hotel or to a location of your request on the island.行程概要出發地點

Our company is not responsible for the client’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked tour or activity. Last minute cancellation of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our company’s responsibility, therefore any refund requests due to such incidents will not be accepted. Should the client be aware of such a change, he/she is requested to communicate with our company more than 24 hours before the tour or activity starts, in order to discuss possible date or time amendment (subject to availability) Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the tour or activity), for any reason, will not be accepted. All clients are kindly requested to send their preferred meeting point and location until 3:00pm of the previous date, regarding their pick-up for the booked tour or activity. Should they fail to do so, our company will do anything it can in order to locate them (telephone, email, etc), however it is not responsible for any failure to meet them. Meeting points could be, anywhere on the island and the information necessary is either the hotel name or the name of the cruise ship they are arriving with. In the occasion that they are staying at an apartment, clients are requested to send us a google map, a nearby hotel or any information that would help us locate them. Any delay of behalf of the client (up until 15 minutes that we will be waiting for them) affects the transfer schedule and disrupts the smooth conduct of the tour/activity. For no-name accommodations, our company will set the most convenient location for the pick-up. For accommodations that are located in a pedestrian zone, our company will set the best possible pick-up point. Our company is not responsible for knowing whether the client is supposed to book transfer or not. The transfer schedule is prepare less than 24 hours before the operation, therefore we cannot predict such necessity.費用說明費用包括

We spent the day on Delos with Eleni and what a guide! She was so knowledgeable about Delos and all its history! Cooking class with Kristinianna was amazing! So much fun and what a beautiful home she has! Wonderful food we cooked and an evening to remember! Enjoying our parting gifts back in the US! Thank you!

Everything was as advertised! Perfect guides, excellent English, fit for the fittest - 3 miles of walking on uneven surfaces and lots of stairs.
Meal preparation was greatly appreciated, learned a lot of new tricks to working with fresh veggies and filo. The best of spinach pies and stuffed peppers and tomatoes. Highly recommended. -
What an amazing experience. Our guide for Delos was so knowledgeable and pleasant. We learned so much about Greek mythological history. I can't say enough about our cooking class experience. Teta, our 'teacher', was just a wonderful representation of Greek life. She was so pleasant and again very knowledgeable. Her experience around the kitchen was something to be admired and learned from. Her meal was delicious and I would tell anyone to go through this experience. A marvelous tour
