Driver was on time and easy to find. He was very nice, shared information on Crete as we drove to Elounda, which was an hour drive. Would definitely use this service again.

We had a good experience with the airport transfer. The representative met us as we came off the plane. He was prompt and professional. We always use Viator as they are reliable, prompt, convenient and safe.

our sincere thanks to Viator for the understanding you showed when we missed our flight and didn't arrive for your pick up in the first instance, then your amazing service when you were there to meet us a day later. We were so impressed, not only with the fact that you met us anyway, but by the great service your representative provided on our arrival, and the phone calls you made to find out why we hadn't arrived on our original day. Any further trips will definitely include Viator as a preferred provider of out-of-the-box service.
