Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrival in Athens. Exploring the city you will see the pillars of the Acropolis rise above the passing cars. Walk down the narrow streets and find your way to the Acropolis Museum. After you journey deep into the past of Greek culture,enjoy a delicious meal at a fine restaurant.
Day 2:
Experience a gastronomy tour especially designed for you. Your tasting journey begins with a “Morning Flavors” Athens walk. Visit Varvakeios Market along with our chef and buy the cooking ingredients for the dinner that will follow later. Conclude your shopping at the Gastronomy Museum where you will attend a cooking and wine class. The fascinating experience could be summed up as “The Garden of Epicurus” since it involves enjoying your own dinner accompanied by great wines.
Day 3:
You will be transferred to Porto Heli where you will be spending some hours in leisure relaxing at Amanzo’e resort,surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the glistening Argosaronic Gulf.
Day 4:
Enjoy your day at the beach. In the evening head off to the island of Spetses across,where you will be tasting the superb traditional greek cuisine.
Day 5:
With your arrival at your boutique hotel in Monemvasia, you can enjoy the river like swimming pool amid the fragrant orange trees or explore the region’s great variety of beaches and attractions.
Day 6:
Taste numerous locally produced wines,made from ancient grape varieties and rounded off with delicious homemade bites. The smell of sea as well as the soothing music will carry you back in time.
Day 7:
Move to Messinia and enjoy your stay at the Costa Navarino Resort,an exceptional award winning property stretching along the prime destination of the Mediterranean sea. This is as close as it gets to paradise. Have a memorable fine dining fish experience.
Day 8:
After exploring the ancient city of Messini continue your day back in Costa Navarino and its spectacular facilities. The gentlemen will be happy to hear that the Dunes Course has been named as Greece’s Best Golf Course in the World Golf Awards. As for the ladies,they can relax at the famous Anazoe Spa,which offers a full range of specialty treatments based on ancient health and beauty practices.
Day 9:
Share in the local knowledge, learn and practice in the grape treading and join a wine tasting seminar led by an experienced sommelier. Alternatively,experience first-hand olive harvesting, Messinia’s most enduring agricultural and culinary tradition,as you participate in each step of the olive’s journey.
Day 10:
