產品介紹
Arrive at Athens Red Line ticket station to meet your private guide, an experienced archaeologist, and then start your Viator Exclusive: a unique combination of a tour, museum visit and dining experience at the Acropolis of Athens. Enter from the south slope of the acropolis and set off on your leisurely walking tour of some of the world’s finest monuments.
Along the way, listen as your guide shares knowledgeable insight of the citadel’s ruins including excavation details. Visit the Theatre of Dionysus — an amphitheater that is arguably the birthplace of the performing arts. Perch yourself on one of the stone seats to imagine the sights and sounds experienced by ancient theatergoers who came to watch plays by Greek writers Aeschylus, Sophocles and Euripides. You’ll also pass the Odeon of Herodes Atticus; the theater is still used today during the Athens Festival from May to October.
Find peace and quiet at an asclepieion — a healing temple that honored the god of medicine Asclepius — before continuing to one of the most recognized buildings on the planet: the Parthenon. Meander around the perimeter of the temple to learn more about how it was constructed for the goddess Athena.
Once you familiarize yourself with the site's classical architecture, head indoors to the New Acropolis Museum for a brief break and refreshments (own expense) in the cafe. Ranked one of the top five museums in the world, the New Acropolis Museum boasts collections of statues and other relics of everyday life in several galleries. In the Gallery of the Slopes of the Acropolis, the glass floor occasionally reveals an archaeological excavation site.
End the day with a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant that affords views of the Parthenon and surrounding hills. Indulge in an authentic Greek meal paired with a bottle of wine as you discuss the history you discovered on this exclusive tour.行程概要出發地點

We took the private tour (for just the two us) to see the historic sites of the Acropolis and the nearby museum. Our guide Alexandria was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable (she's an archeologist), had a very pleasant and friendly personality and spoke English well. The tour was several hours with lots of walking so it's not for those with limited physical abilities. After the tour, we were escorted to a lovely quiet restaurant for dinner.

Rose our tour guide was lovely. The tickets to the Acropolis that she had, had expired and poor Rose had to buy new ones for the company out of her own pocket. Note: even international students get a discount. She walked us to the Restaurant and after being greeted as a voucher customer, we felt like unwanted guests. The view was that of the Elevator entrance better view from our motel restaurant Positives: the food was great and the wait staff were helpful and efficient. Overall i felt it was an expensive option.

Great tour! Marissa was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I asked. I would definitely recommend.

We ended up with a private tour because no one else showed up. Our tour guide was great. Very knowledgable. The museum was nice. The Greek dinner was just okay. Honestly, for the price we paid, I expected a better dinner.

We had a tour guide, Daphne, all to ourselves. She was wonderful. She took very good care of us since we are in our sixties, taking her time as we ascended the stairs and making sure we took care not to slip on the marble steps. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. Afterwards we had a wonderful dinner at a quaint little restaurant with plenty of delicious food to eat and wine to drink. We were so full we could barely fit in the scrumptuous dessert. We also had a nice view of the lit up Parthenon in the evening.

A bucket list tour for me. The tour was excellent and well worth the extra price to have a private guide. Because it was a private tour, we were able to ask a lot of questions and linger at areas we were interested in, rather than be rushed along with a group. The museum is beautiful and the exhibits are wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Most importantly, she was kind. I had spine fusion surgery four months prior to the tour. My goal was to be able to climb to the top of the Acropolis. It was extremely difficult for me and took a very long time. More than once I was nearly in tears and certain that I wouldn't make it. She was my champion, encouraging me, letting me stop to rest - and she never looked impatient. I can't thank her enough. Going to the Acropolis is something I have wanted to do all my life. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!

My wife and I spent the last afternoon of our nine-day Mediterranean vacation touring the Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum with a private guide who was extremely knowledgeable about ancient Greek culture, their philosophy and architecture. Having studied Greek architecture a bit in college and having visited many ancient sites while on this vacation, our guide provided with new information and insights we did not expect. She was able to guide us efficiently through the museum, which deserves more than a couple of hours, but with limited time, this was the best immersion into the history and sites we wanted to get exposed to. We had a little miscommunication about the start time which was quickly addressed after a short call to the Athens Walk Tour Company who provided our guide. At the end of the tour, the finale of our trip was dinner overlooking the Acropolis at night and was a experience that exceeded our expectations.

Our guide Mariza shared with us her love, knowledge, and enthusiasm, about Greece, Athens, Acropolis, Parthenon, Greek mythology, and classical time technology. We were very pleased to meet her and learn a lot about her beautiful country. She is very nice and friendly person. Thank you Mariza, very much! The restaurant has nice view on Acropolis it locates on the roof and the food was OK.

Maria, our guide, was a well educated young woman who could tell an old couple the details of Ancient Greece and the cultural maturation without totally confusing us. Very accommodating and helpful to me. I am disabled, and Maria made sure that I was able to appreciate the beauty and progression .

Excellent way to see the Acropolis and the Museum and be introduced to Greek history. Our guide, Anna was wonderful with her stories of Greek history and mythology. We could tell Anna was extremely passionate and knowledgeable through her storytelling. The Greek dinner was lovely with nice staff and in a great location overlooking the Acropolis. Myself, my husband and our 14 year old son thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
