產品介紹
Meet your private guide at the port after disembarking your cruise ship. Board your air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy the journey to your first stop of the tour: the Byzantine and Christian Museum. After paying your entrance fee, head inside to see an unparalleled collection of religious antiques, artifacts and paintings from the bygone days of Byzantine Greece.
Relax and let your guide take you on a tour of the museum’s highlights while listening to interesting anecdotes about Greece during Byzantine rule. As you stroll around the beautiful museum, once the palace of a Greek duchess, visit a stunning gallery of Coptic Christian paintings, marvel at ancient mosaics inside a reconstructed church and peek at a collection of medieval books.
Perhaps stop for refreshments at the museum’s cafe (own expense), before hopping back in your private transport with your guide and traveling to the National Archeological Museum. Devoted to Ancient Greek art, the museum consists of several rooms that boast art from the Stone Age, Cycladic and Minoan eras, as well as Classical and Hellenistic works. Be transported back in time as you soak up tales about Greek civilization and admire the incredible paintings, sculptures and metalwork.
After exploring the museum, hop back inside your private, air-conditioned vehicle for your journey back to Piraeus Port in Athens.
