    Munich Bike Tour (3 hours)
    Meet your guide at Munich Central Train Station to start your 3-hour city bike tour. Pedal to an area known as 'royal Munich' to find great plazas including Konigsplatz (Munich's Acropolis) and Odeonsplatz, both of which are the legacy of King Ludwig I of Bavaria, a 19th-century monarch who put Munich on the map as a center of European royal grandeur.

    Cycle through the picturesque royal gardens and on to magnificent Englischer Garten, Europe's largest city park. Stop at the famous Chinese Tower beer garden for refreshments, and then cruise along the lovely banks of the Isar River, back into the heart of Munich's beautiful Old Town. The pedestrianized medieval streets that encircle Marienplatz and wind around churches, markets and cafes are a cyclist's heaven.

    Follow your guide along the most interesting routes and listen to stories, tips and historical anecdotes along the way. After arriving back at the train station, enjoy roughly 30 minutes to relax before your afternoon food tour.

    Munich Bavarian Food Walking Tour (2 hours)
    Reconvene with your guide near the train station. Come with an appetite, as you’ll taste a variety of local Bavarian specialties during your lunchtime walking tour.

    Take a leisurely stroll through the Old Town, full of historical sites and a charming atmosphere, on your way to Viktualienmarkt. This food market has been supplying Munich with high-quality food and drinks for some 200 years. Here, enjoy samples of obatzda, a traditional soft-cheese dish of Camembert and butter, seasoned with paprika; weisswurst, a seasoned white veal sausage paired with a pretzel and sweet mustard; and auszogne, a regional Bavarian dessert of kniek□chle (fried dough pastry covered in sugar).

    Your tour finishes after the samplings at the market. Once you’ve had your fill, simply bid your guide a fond farewell!

    The food tour was EXCELLENT. It was the best tour we did all weekend. The tour guide was knowledgeable and fun to be with. We felt the cycling tour was too big.... we kept being left behind because we couldn't get through the lights all together.

    Keith was an AWESOME tour guide. Took us to many great Munich historic sites, parks, beer garden, as well as being very informative about the area.
