Set your own itinerary and explore Hamburg at your own pace. The hop-on hop-off bus tour allows you to simply hop off at the stop you want and return to any stop to continue your tour! Board one of the red double-decker buses at the St Pauli port landing piers or at the main station, and begin your sightseeing adventure, hopping off at Town Hall Square, the Reeperbahn or at any other stop on the route. Your ticket is valid for the whole day.
To get another perspective of Hamburg upgrade your ticket with a one-hour harbor sightseeing cruise with English or German commentary. The boat leaves from the landing piers of the Hamburg port. Cruise along Hamburg's impressive container ship terminals and the picturesque warehouse district in the heart of town to Hamburg's Harbor City, one of Europe's biggest urban development projects with the new concert hall, Elbphilharmonie, built on the roof of a storehouse. Sit back and relax while you enjoy these architectural highlights of Hamburg.

We found Hamburg Germany, very dirty and lots of gratify. The hop and on bus was far from the cruise terminal. Did not enjoy at all!

Before you hop on the bus check to make sure the translation meets your need. Some only have live German narratives, Other have recorded narratives in multiple languages in addition to the live German narratives. The consistency of the narratives varies from bus to bus.

you cant hear because the guide on the bus is so loud in german. he talked the whole time. anything we could hear was very short on info.they don't tell you what the stops are. it was the worst hop off and on bus I have ever been on and we have been on many. I think Barcelona being one of the best.

Tour was OK, difficulty was finding where the bus stopped and started. Ticket office unhelpful!

We joined the Red Bus tour at the cruise terminal, the voucher worked great. We did a full ride around first to see where to get off. We stopped at the market for a while then returned to the bus. Next stop was for the miniature railway village and there we spent almost 3hours. You can walk back to cruise ship from here if you wish. Earphones on bus provided English commentary. Worth the cost of the tickets.

Excellent live English speaking guide. Very extensive information provided and many stops in important tourist areas. Our lovely guide was individually helpful to us in locating the right stop to meet our friends and successfully coached us on how to use the underground to get to our meeting point. Highly recommend.

Busy, busy celebration day in Hamburg. Got a good start to the hop on tour -- but soon the tour circuit was cut short because of city-imposed traffic restrictions. The English interpretation of as we went along was spotty at best. But the informative map provided was helpful. When we hopped off where the route was going to alter, we asked out older, female guide ? for help in finding a nearby address for a restaurant. She gave us bad information. This caused us a long, unwanted walk in Hamburg never got to our desired foodie destination.
