This was fantastic - limited to a group of 6 we got taken around Berlin by Sven our guide, as he explained a little further from what we knew of some of the monuments. Brandenburg Tor was easily the most impressive - it's sheer size alone was amazing.
This is a great tour if you only have a short amount of time and is still quite detailed due to the small size.

This experience was really disappointing and I wouldnt recommend it. I have wanted to visit Berlin since I was a little girl and this tour just fell short of all expectations.
We were greatly disappointed when we came to find out that our tour guide wasnt from Berlin- he wasnt even German- and the tour guide in training wasnt even European- he was from Florida! Both guys had lived in Berlin for quite awhile, so I suppose that is better than nothing
It was very cold, to be expected in the end of February, but we did far too much standing around for no reason- looking at laminated hand outs. It was a very small group just me, my friend, and a tour guide in training which would normally be ideal, but we felt it made the experience a bit more awkward. As we walked around we felt that there was too much dead air time, we stopped at an extra spot than the tour normally does and the tour was cut short by about 30 minutes from the original times advised. As we walked we were told about the history we were seeing, and stories about the areas that we were walking in- but later found out that some of those fun facts werent actually factual at all- when we took the hop on hop off bus tour later in the day we came to find out that some of what we were told wasnt accurate. We actually found the hop on hop off experience to be more educational, and it was only a fraction of the cost. Overall this was a waste of time, a waste of money and a real disappointment. -

Our guide had a lot of knowledge about both the Nazi Era and the Cold War Era. It was a fascinating trip and interesting to hear his take on things, as well as learn from a very knowledgable, studied guide on the history of Berlin.

Our tour of the Third Reich in Berlin was on 6 December2014. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable and informative. The weather was very cold and Berlin was overflowing with tourists at that time which made walking around quite difficult - however the guide was very professional and made the tour very special.
