    Your Berlin City Pass will be delivered direct to your hotel (if option selected), ready for you to use upon arrival. Depending on the option selected, it will be valid for two, three or six days from first use, and offers complimentary entry to more than 50 top Berlin attractions.

    All passes include skip-the-line admission to the Reichstag Dome. This huge glass dome, perched on top of the rebuilt Reichstag building, offers unparalleled views of the city and draws in big tourist crowds. Your pass also grants you unlimited access to all public transport, allowing you to travel around Berlin freely.

    You might begin at Museum Island. Brush up on German history and culture at the Neues Museum (New Museum), Altes Museum (Old Museum) and the Alte Nationalgalerie (Old National Gallery). Your pass also grants you skip-the-line access to the Pergamon Museum, one of the most popular museums on the island.

    Outside of Museum Island, you can visit other compelling collections and exhibitions, including the Anne Frank exhibit at the Anne Frank Zentrum and the fascinating exhibits of the Jewish Museum. Other attractions include the Bauhaus Archive, Bode Museum, the Museum of Natural History and the Museum of Musical Instruments.

    Discover more about Berlin on a complimentary hop-on hop-off bus tour with live commentary. The bus stops at the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, Holocaust Memorial, Schloss Bellevue, The Wall, Topography of Terror and more. Simply hop off at any stop to explore the attraction, then hop back on the next bus when you’re ready to continue.

    Families looking for fun can visit the Machmit Museum for Kids or the Labyrinth Children’s Museum and, if you’ve selected a 3-day pass, you’ll enjoy an additional free attraction: Berlin Dungeon, AquaDom & SEALIFE Berlin or the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Berlin.

    With the 6-day pass, you get to choose two additional attractions to visit. Choose one of the following for your first attraction: Berlin Dungeon, AquaDom & SEALIFE Berlin, or the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Berlin. For your second attraction, choose one of the following: Museum The Kennedys, me Collectors Room or Berlin Airport Tempelhof tour.

    Skip-the-Line Entrance to Panoramapunkt
    Upgrade to include skip-the-line entrance to the Panoramapunkt viewpoint. Bypass the queues and ride one of Europe’s fastest elevators to the viewing platform, which is located at a height of 328 feet (100 meters). From here, look down upon Potsdamer Platz below and soak up astonishing 360 degree views over the city.

    Worth getting - but make sure you go online to reserve your Pergamon time separately to be able to skip the line. It's nice that they deliver the pass to the hotel.

    Waste of time and money. Option of having it delivered to room is a farce. Had to find the place, then no Reichstag ticket or Panoramapunkt.

    Neither the City Pass nor the Reichstag Dome Ticket were included in the package when I received it. I only received the museum passes and the bus tickets. I got ripped-off. Calling the Viator office turned out to be a total waste of time as the help provided by the Viator agents turned out to be completely useless.

    If I could give a half a star I would this was a horrible pass all my information came in German I do not speak German so I missed one of my events because I could not read it or the timeslot ...the tour bus spoke broken English so that was a waste of tour...this was a waste of money I would never ever buy from this company again

    Didn't really make full use of it. Skip line didn't really work, we registered on line and got thru successfully and it was free.

    Everything went wrong. After much back and forth with the local Berlin tour person, the crowning glory was when she sent me the final instructions in German. I then emailed her that I did not speak or understand German, and to please send it to me in English, but never heard back from her and did not receive the instructions in English. Fortunately, there was a German speaking man sitting next to us in a restaurant and he translated for me. The second bad thing was that she informed me after the fact that she could not secure the Skip the Line Reichstag Dome tickets after all, but to please enjoy the rest of your tour, as if it were no big deal that this important part of the tour was no longer included. When I told her that this was not acceptable, she procured the tickets for us. Then, when we got to Berlin, we had to waste a whole morning traveling to some out of the way neighborhood in Berlin to exchange the Pdf I'd printed out for the tour vouchers. This office did not open until 12:00 pm, so we wasted an entire morning of our precious time in Berlin. The written materials we'd received said they would be delivered to our hotel, but this was never even offered. This whole thing was a disaster and I am upset that I ever signed up for this tour in the first place and will never use Viator again. You need to better screen your tour providers!
