We were a group of 7 people, the guide knew and told us alot of history and we saw everything, we had a boat ride to walking, to bus ride.

We were in Prague in the off season and ended up with a private tour as we seemed to be the only booking for the day. Our guide Tatana made the day special, she was not just an expert on the local history but the whole region. By lunchtime it felt like we were having lunch with a friend rather than a guide. Prague castle was amazing. We really enjoyed our day.

Even though I have been to Prague four times in the last 18 years, I never get tired of a full-day tour of the city...always get me re-oriented. My guide Alice was very knowledgeable and personable. In fact, she has been a tour guide since she was 17 and speaks five languages.

The tour guide was the only thing interresting of the tour.... if i'm not mistaken she's called Tatiana... 70+ with a very good knowledge of Pragues history.

Our tour guide, Alice, was a sweet gal and very knowledgeable about her beautiful city... butI was advised this would be a small group and in English. Upon arrival Alice was tasked to not only give the tour in English, but in Spanish and Italian. No one had organized an interpreter for those guest. Although she was brilliant, this took more time at each stop causing us to have to speed walk to our next location. On cobble stones this is not an easy task. If you were lucky enough to be close to her (and with 18-20 guests that was not really possible) and if she was speaking your language you might have an opportunity to hear her story. With this fast paced tour, there was very little time to ask questions, take pictures and appreciate what we were seeing. I have used Viator before with great success but this was not one. Why doesn’t Viator ensure that the company puts mics on the tour guide and possibly ear pieces for their guest. That way you can be 6-8 feet away and still hear.... or limit the numbers and ensure that the English tour is not multi lingual.

The tour was very informative and we saw lots of the sites of Prague. This is a walking tour so if you have problems walking you should think twice about booking this tour... my Mom who was 70 had a bit of a hard time keeping up...

It was a fantastic tour. Perfect time and the guide was really competent full of notions and perfect italian Language.Only lunch was poor, with soup and rice ! I was supposed to eat somthing more or meat !

We had a wonderful tour. Alice was the best tour guide. There was a little more walking than we expected but that’s ok. It was all downhill.

This was a long day, but very worthwhile. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Our guide had to speak very quickly because she was doing everything in both English and Italian. It was not quite as relaxing listening because she needed to fit everything into 2 languages instead of just one. She did a wonderful job! This tour also has a lot of walking, so if you struggle with walking, this would not be a good tour for you.
