Our flight was delayed 8 hours but this company was so easy to work with to have our time for pick up changed (and then changed again). The driver was there waiting for us and got us to our hotel quickly.

Driver was waiting for us, we were a little early and only had carry on luggage so were ahead of time. However, he was rushing us, rather offputting. On the upside, he was a careful driver, vehicle clean and tidy and he knew exactly where to go. We had used arrival transfers in Prague previously and would certainly recommend using them. We certainly will.

The driver was very friendly, explained all the important landmarks we passed was professional, dressed professionally, was at the airport waiting for me with my name printed out in big letters compared to others that were hand written on a random paper. Overall would recommend this. it was a bit pricey compared to Uber but I did not have to wait for the car to arrive.

For us, this did not live up to previous ratings. Our driver met us with unprofessionally-prepared signage and then asked that we walk a bit of a distance to where his car was parked we were expecting door to door service as described. The driver was friendly but engaged in a political discussion which included foul language. This was both unprofessional and not something we wanted to hear after all night on an airplane. Perhaps we were just unlucky on this one we are cancelling this service for our return to the airport and using alternate services.
