This service was fantastic. The driver was on-time and friendly and the vehicle clean and comfortable. Getting to our destination was very easy.

Highlight of our trip, do it on your first day - it makes Prague so much more interesting with some local knowledge. Be careful not to get drawn in to other tours that frequently pitch-you as you walk around.

Pick-up was no problem, right in the arrivals hall, and our driver was helpful, friendly and careful. We even had a guide book thrown in. This is very good value, and can recommend this.

Driver was stood in arrivals with our name clearly displayed. He took us to our hotel. Very inexpensive and efficient.

Airport transfer was very easy, we were collected at the gate by a gentleman wearing a suit and carrying an orange sign with my name.
He gave us a good talk through Prague between the airport and our hotel, and we received a guide book.
We decided to turn up for the guided tour the day after we arrived and there were so many people taking part that we left after 10 minutes and did our own thing. I am glad as the pace of the tour a it was for the first ten minutes was slow and I couldnt have fancied walking through a crowded centre with all those people.
We chose to get in touch with the company direct to book our transfer back to the airport - the driver turned up on time, in a very nice clean and fancy mercedes, and we felt well looked after.

The airport transfer was excellent. Our driver was waiting in the arrivals area and quickly transported us from the airport to our hotel. We split our walking tour into two days because there really is a lot of walking and splitting it up allowed us to return to a few of the locations we had seen and explore them in more detail. Our only complaint was that the group size the day we took the morning tour made it very difficult to hear what our guide was saying unless we were able to get right next to her because she had a rather soft voice. Bottom line is to see Prague you need to be able to walk it.

The half-day tour was fine. Our guide Ross was well informed and made sure each and everyone in the tour was involved and participating. Now our experience, we were with another couple who were older and the gentlemen had a problem keeping up with the group. They had to stop after a few minutes, sat at a restaurant and met us when we met for lunch after a couple of hours. It is my advice to make sure individuals are totally aware that this is a walking tour and moves at a rather rapid pace because of all the sites that have to be shown. It's also nice to know that you can walk half of the tour and come back another day to finish the tour at no additional fee. We did take other walking tours while in Prague, but they were private and our guide was able to accommodate our friend's walking condition. This is just information, the tour is great, the guide was great, but people have to understand their physical condition and realize their limitations since this is group tour not private one and moves at a faster pace.
