Mt Srd Cable Car Ride (1 hour):
Meet your guide in Pile Square, and then hop inside for your ride to the top of Mt Srd, the 1,352-foot (412-meter) mountain that towers over the city. After roughly three minutes inside the cable car, arrive at the summit and gaze out at the vista of Dubrovnik and the Dalmatian Coast sprawled out at your feet. Have your camera ready; many say that on a clear day, you can see sights up to 37 miles (67km) away.
After admiring the views at Mt Srd’s peak for 20 minute with your guide and learning about the sights, return to Dubrovnik by cable car.
Dubrovnik Old Town and City Walls Tour (3.5 hours):
Meet your guide at Pile Square, and then set off on your walking tour of the Old Town. Home to most of the city’s finest attractions, the neighborhood boasts culture and history in plentiful measures. See the circular Onofrio's Fountain with its huge central dome, and amble past the Franciscan monastery, where a copy of Michelangelo’s La Piet□ sculpture is housed.
Continue walking to Sponza Palace, an attractive building that’s widely considered the Dubrovnik’s Renaissance crown. Housing Croatia’s extensive state archives, Sponza Palace was once Dubrovnik’s most opulent palatial building. Other highlights on your walking tour include Orlando's Column, the city bell tower, Rector’s Palace and the Church of St Blaise, a pretty place of worship dedicated to the city’s patron saint.
Walk across the main square to see the Baroque Cathedral of the Assumption, which was rebuilt in the 18th century after an earthquake, and then wander over to Dubrovnik’s city walls ─ a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Walk with your guide along the walls while learning about their history. Parts of the walls date back to the 13th century when the city began to gain prominence as one of the most important sea powers in the Mediterranean. Look out for Min eta Tower, St John’s Fortress, Fort Bokar plus Dubrovnik Aquarium and Maritime Museum.

We had so much fun with Barbara on our half day tour of Dubrovnik. The weather was beautiful as she beat the crowds to the Cable Car, toured us around Old Town and walked the walls with us. It was an excellent introduction to the city. We were lucky to have a small group of only 8 or so which made it very easy to interact. Highly recommended.

Our guide, Mia, was excellent. Her English was extremely good and easily understood. There was a fair amount of walking involved, so not suitable for compromised walkers. Mia used the very clear audio system so that we could all hear her even if we were in the back of the group. She answered all questions asked of her, and she was thoughtful in giving the group time for picture taking and restroom breaks. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dubrovnik for the first time.

Really enjoyed this tour. Guide had lots of useful information and knowledge. There is a lot of walking but it is worth it. You do need water but if you have a bottle just fill up from the fountain which is where you meet up, the water is safe to drink and of course free. Try to visit the Fort as the tour includes a ticket for the walls and entrance to the Fort. Both of these can be done on another day if you prefer but could all be done on the same day if time was limited.

Make sure you are well prepared for the tour, good shoes, water and sun protection and you are good to go. The tour provides headsets, making it very easy to listen to your guide while looking around. You start at Pile gate and walk to the cable car from there. It is only a short trip up, with a short waiting time. The view is amazing and you get free time to explore. The tour continues in the old town, via the east gate. They manage to avoid a lot of stairs, making it an interesting and comfortable tour to learn more about Old Town. The last bit is the city walls, by that time you have already been on the tour for 3 hours, so you get the option to continue with the guide or get your wall tickets and go on a later date. The tickets are valid for quite some time 3 months afaik, so about half the group opted out to do the walls on a later date. We stayed and together with the guide did the whole round on the walls with the rest of the group. The guide was wonderful, she knew a lot, happy to take questions, take photos and adjust her pace to the group. If you want to have a good introduction to the town and its history, this is the tour to take. Since it is a long tour, your preparation is important. Also, your wall ticket includes the entrance to Fort Lovrijenac, which you can visit in your own time. Great value for your money.

The super saver experience isn't what it seems to be at first. From the time we met to the time we got up to the top of Mount Srd, it was an hour. We were then only allotted 20 minutes before we had to rush back down. Once we were back in town, we were shown which shops to go into, and which brands of chocolate to purchase. Not interested... The City Walls tour was to begin 12:30 and in the middle of July, that simply wasn't going to happen without a proper lunch. We did obtain our City Walls ticket that we used later in the day once it wasn't so hot. Overall, this wasn't worth the money for being rushed around during the exciting part of our visit, and then the substandard commentary once we were in town.

This was a great way to introduce yourself to the Old City of Dubrovnik. With all of these activities combined, it does become a long tour so bring snacks.

Pretty average experience. The guide was not very interesting, some stops were too short, some too long. I'm not sure what exactly is the additional value of this tour as compared to getting the cable car and city walls tickets yourself in a convenient time, not having to climb around walls right in the middle of the day, when the sun is ruthess.
