This is the perfect tour to learn all about Chile's cuisine. From specialty dishes of the North to traditional dishes all the way South in Patagonia, you will truly learn and experience what Chile's food is all about.
Your tour begins as you meet your guides at a central home in Santiago. You will be welcomed by Rodrigo Fortuny and Benjamin Fortuny, the professional chefs who will guide you through the class. In a relaxed environment, you will start preparing dishes from easy-to-follow recipes, while also sipping on some homemade pisco sour.
Learn from your knowledgeable chefs all about Chilean cuisine and prepare food such as empanadas, pastel de choclo, carne mechada, among others. Then it's time to savor the results as you sit and share together while also enjoying some local drinks and wine.
This tour will surely give you a memorable time!
