After a long haul flight its always nice to have someone there with your name waiting for you.

Very friendly and on time arrival. Efficient transfer to the hotel and provided information about Santiago on the way. Would book this service again.

It was a great relief after a long haul flight from Sydney to see your name and friendly smiles from the driver and guide who looked after our luggage, helped us check into the hotel, indeed they had checked the booking before hand. What a great service and worth every cent.
What's more the guide knew of our itinerary with Viator and was the same guide for our private city tour in the afternoon. He and the driver waited for us at the hotel until we had freshened up. At the end of the city tour he reassured us when we were to be picked up in the morning for our trip to Valparaiso. Definitely worth a tip! -

We could not have been more satisfied with the gentleman that picked us up at the Santiago airport on Fed. 27/16. He and the driver was so helpful. His name was Domingo Carrascog. They took us to our hotel where he stayed with us until we were checked in which in itself was no small feat as it turned out to be an apartment hotel with the check in on the 6th floor. The receptionist did not speak English but he stuck with us, interpreting and helping us get to our rooms. He went far and above what was expected. We were both surprised and gratified at how he had our best interests at heart. If all of your workers are as good as him we will never travel again with any other tour group. Thank you Domingo and Viator!
