In this case, getting there is half the fun. Your private Whistler adventure starts with a drive across the famous Lions Gate bridge and onto the Sea to Sky Highway. Hugging the side of the coastal mountains and overlooking the Howe Sound, the drive is worth the trip all by itself. After stopping at Shannon Falls and Brandywine Falls you'll arrive at Whistler in time for a leisurely lunch.
After lunch, enjoy some free time to explore Whistler village or visit the top of the ski area via the high speed gondola (extra fee for gondola). When you are ready, the tour will take a leisurely return drive into the sunset arriving back in Vancouver in the early evening.

Weather was perfect to be on Whistler mountain and to hop over on the peak to peak mind blowing gondola ride from Whistler to Blackcomb mountain with lunch at Christina's restaurant, unforgettable experience.

My wife and 28 year old step son had a terrific City of Vancouver tour with Erik of Guia Vancouver Tours.
Our City Tour gave us a very good overall view of the spectacularly beautiful City of Vancouver. Our tour included visiting Chinatown, Stanley Park, Granville Island, and Queen Elizabeth Park. Our guide, Erik, was engaging and quite knowledgeable. Erik made every effort to make us comfortable on this tour. His brand new comfortable spotlessly clean SUV whisked us through the various parts of the city. I highly recommend this City Tour! -
Whistler was interesting but the sights to and from Vancouver were magnificent. We often vacation in the mountains so viewing the mountains were beautiful at this time of year. The only thing that would have been better was if it snowed although, we new it was unlikely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Whistler. Neila was friendly and extremely knowledgable and the car was very comfortable. The stops along the way were interesting with beautiful scenery and we felt under no pressure to hurry along. The journey was one of our favourite memories from our 4 week holiday.
