Meet at the Liberty Distillery on Granville Island to start with some tasty offerings: vodka, gin, and a white whiskey all made with local ingredients. Unlike most whiskey that is aged in oak barrels, Liberty Island's batches are pot-distilled to bring out a grainy flavor.After, hop on the ‘culinary cruiser’ to head over to the Yaletown Distilling Company for small bites and a tour of the facilities. Learn about the distilling process as you sip on two samples of the handcrafted vodka and gin.End on a high note with a quick ride over to Odd Society Spirits in East Vancouver to meet the owner, and then enjoy a cocktail that includes the award-winning distillery’s vodka, whiskey or cr□me de cassis.After all has been said and drunk, get dropped off at the centrally located Waterfront Station.
