When your cruise ship docks at the Quebec City port, walk seven minutes to Upper Town, where you'll meet your private guide.
You can choose to customize your tour itinerary or let your friendly, knowledgable local guide lead the way. Learn about Quebec City's rich culture and history as you stroll down hidden alleyways, along main routes, and to must-see spots around the city such as Old Quebec, La Terrasse Dufferin and Place d’D tel de Ville fronted by impressive City Hall.
Walk through the courtyard of the famous Chateau Frontenac hotel and pass Place Royale, the birthplace of the city. Continue down Petit-Champlain street and spot the quaint church Notre-Dame-des-Victoires.
Your guide will point out highlights and encourage you to ask as many questions as you like. Your tour will conclude back in Upper Town.
This excursion is located within a 10-minute walk to the cruise port, so you determine the time you return to your ship in Quebec City. Please allow yourself ample time to enjoy the excursion and ensure your timely return to the port. This excursion is not covered by our worry-free policy.行程概要出發地點

Our guide, Michael, was marvelous. He had a lot of knowledge concerning the history of this remarkable city. He guided us through various areas of the city giving us the historical and cultural significance of each area. He was able to provide us answers to our various questions.

Clarisse is the best!!! We were a party of 2 off a cruise ship and looking forward to being away from the 'others'. Clarisse met us at the port and customized the tour to allow my husband to get cigars at the end. Thanks Clarisse for your care and the wealth of knowledge about Quebec that you shared!!

We had a GREAT time with Simon our private walking guide. He was knowledgeable and nice. He met us at the cruise terminal. There were just 4 of us, so we probably didn't do a "typical" tour, but walked everywhere and had a great time. If you can, ask for Simon!

After a little problem finding the guide, we were pleased with the rest of the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and well versed in all the history of the city being a 12th generation inhabitant!! We saw many parts of the city and he recommended restaurants for our lunch at the end of the tour. One would want to be sure that the 3 hour walk on cobblestones and pavement is something that wouldn't cause a problem. We enjoyed it very much. And Quebec City was our favorite stop on our cruise.

Doing a private tour is the best way to go! We were able to pepper the guide with our questions and he even brought in a few things around the Louise Penny novels my mom loves.
