Tour was very good, so glad I did not have to try and do the traffic on my own. Did not know the group was going to be that large, 19 people, Still a great experience and would highly recommend this tour.

We had signed up for the 0900 tour online from home I called to confirm on the evening prior to the tour to be informed that the tour actually started at noon. Fortunately this was no problem as our time was loosely scheduled.
The driver/tour guide was excellent.

Our tour guide did a great job!! We had fun. Unfortunately the bus broke down and we had to walk back to the hotel late at night. It took us 20-30 mins at 11.00 pm.

Everything was amazing. The driver was prompt, polite and had lots of info. Once we arrived for various activities tickets were ready and we never felt rushed. This was by far the best tour experience we have had in a very long time. Thanks

The tour was great. The bus had some kind of a problem and we had to wait for another bus but it gave us some extra time at the skylon tower to shop and enjoy the view. We didn't miss any of the sights so it wasn't a big deal. I thought we would get to do the journey behind the falls but I must have misunderstood the tour information.

219.00 was a lot of money for this tour, we did the TOUR BOAT BY the FALLS which was fun, and took us up in THE TOWER over looking the FALLS but mostly every thing else we were shown we could do on our own and there was no charge for viewing the FALLS. We were taken to some cheap looking touristy souveiner gift shop, instead of a nicer one and we were taken to THE WHIRLPOOL area down the River from the FALLS but not allowed to take the sky/tram over the WHIRLPOOL area to the U.S. side - then we would have felt the cost of the tour was fair. Our tour guide was nice but lacked a knowledge of dining places and could not answer some of our questions about other things kept saying she would find out for us but never gave us the information/answers. For example we asked specifically if she could recommend a good seafood restaurant, she told us about a FAST FOOD Rib and Chicken restaurant ???? and she specifically told us were she would meet us after the boat ride and she was not there. After 10 minutes of waiting another guide told us where she was waiting with the van, we walked across a very busy road and when we told her we had been waiting in the designated pickup spot she insisted that is not what she told us to do. I think her directions were clear, but it was obvious that she was going to insist that we were both wrong, so we just let her have it her way. We have used VIATOR tours in San Francisco, London and Paris but this tour lacked interesting information and just not what we have experienced with Viator in the past.
