Your Niagara Falls nighttime cruise begins as you board your state-of-the-art, double-decker catamaran — either the Niagara Wonder or the Niagara Thunder. The catamaran provides space, comfort and excellent vantage points of the falls with tiered viewing platforms, outdoor decks and a glassed-in dry area.
Set off from the dock and into the Niagara Gorge, passing by the two waterfalls on the American side, American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. Grab a drink or a snack from the onboard bar (own expense), and admire the lit-up city skyline as you near Horseshoe Falls, the largest of the three waterfalls.
As the boat moves closer to the thundering falls, find out how loud the tumble of water is and how powerful its spray. Be wowed by the multicolored illumination of all the waterfalls, and depending on the night of your tour, enjoy a dazzling fireworks show while you listen to music on the boat (fireworks take place on Fridays, Sundays and Canadian and American holidays, as well as other dates during certain weeks; see the Additional Info for more details).

I enjoyed seeing the falls lit up but the fireworks was icing on the cake. Very nice.

If it weren't for the fireworks, I would give this 2 stars. Very short tour with no historical talk about the area or niagara falls. It was also very difficult to see the falls at night even with the illumination. I would say the best part though it getting partially drenched from the falls mist.

The Niagara Falls night cruise was great. The only thing was we almost missed the boat as we were late but our tickets stated the cruise was at 9:45 pm bit the boat leaves the dock at 9:30. We just made it!

Really great being on the water for the fireworks. The trip up to the falls and back was fantastic. The only problem was with the complimentary drink, which we did not receive as it was not clear that it had to be picked up prior to embarkation.
People booking this tour should be aware that they have to get themselves to the Hornblower dock.

the trip was nice but to crowded and the parking prices are way out of line

Awesome!! even we lost the night trip by 15mins we were driving from CN Tower and got stuck in traffic for a while toronto but thanks God, VIATOR fixed the inconvenience by contacting the Canada side to allows us to take the next boat in the morning time, which we think were even better!!! :
