    Our departure pickup ran very smoothly. At first there was a little issue with where to meet our driver, since he was waiting in the back of the hotel and we were waiting in the front, but once that was resolved our car ride was great! Out driver chatted with us about our time in Niagara, asked us about the sites we saw, and even pointed out some things we hadn't seen on the ride there. He was very courteous and professional. We arrived at the airport in a timely manner.
    I would definitely, highly recommend booking this!

    Our driver was late to pick us up - they did call to let me know he would be about 15 minutes late. When I called to confirm 24 hours in advance - the local company had no record. The viator people were helpful and confirmed for me. I wasn't at all impressed with the local company - just not very nice. But viator was good to work with.
