In the spring, come and tempt your sweet tooth in an authentic 'sugar shack' in Mont Saint Gregoire. Here you'll learn about the history of maple syrup from its first discovery by the First Nations people, and discover how sap is transformed into maple products. In the summer and fall, experience the charm of the orchards of Quebec and taste some of the very best products the region has to offer!
Weave through orchards and vineyards as you taste your way through the Mont□r□gie, and visit behind the scenes of one of Quebec’s oldest cider Mills, located in Rougemont. Here you will learn about the cider-making process and enjoy various tastings of their most popular products.
