Very reliable. My driver came on time and transported me safely to the airport while it was raining that day.

Terrible. The driver was not at the airport and I had to take a taxi.
One phone number was disconnected and the other was incorrect. Please provde working number to reach you -

Very convenient and expedited process. WE only used one side and had to cancel the return trip since we went to a different tour. Drivers were very professional and courteous and were on time.

Good transfers. Guides were friendly and on time. Did not speak English however so google translate was helpful.

On arrival - there was no sign showing "VIATOR" and no -one holding a sign with my name on it. It was very frustrating as hardly anyone speaks English in Salvador. I finally had ground staff ring the number on my transfer certificate and they found a company - which was NOT victor, which transferred us.
On return , the company rang and advised of pick-up time. The man was early and very efficient - still not a Viator sign though.

They were on time and got me to my destination without any worries. I will use them for a roundtrip next time I come to Salvador.

Would have been helpful to know the tour operator/company as the service provider. Instead I had to ask around until I found the right persons. Staff was great once located.

Ive booked airport transfer in Salvador. It was ok but very expensive. Once landed you probably could get it much cheaper. On the way back to The airport we were picked up over 3 hours ealier- it wasnt needed at all.
