Transfers are available daily from Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport. When making a booking, you'll need to advise your flight details and your Rio de Janeiro city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Transfers operate every hour on the hour between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
Upon arrival, simply present your departure details to the transfer operator and you'll be all set on the day you leave Rio de Janeiro! You will be picked up from your hotel and taken directly back to the airport, wasting no precious holiday time.
These convenient shuttles operate out of both Terminal 1 and 2 every hour to transport you to your South Zone hotel.
At time of booking, you MUST include the following details:
" Arrival Airline
" Arrival Flight Number
" Arrival Time
" Full Hotel Name and Address
Please note:
Pick up and drop off from the cruise ship port is not available.

I booked a roundtrip shuttle transfer back and forth to GIG Airport.
My experience was really good, the service was perfect, the drivers really friendly and able to give me tips about the city, I was able to contact the company with some questions via phone and e-mail but most important the punctuality.

You should call them upon your arrival in a time you don't have brazil sim card. That is costly.
The uber price from airport to south zone only 39 Brazil Real or USD 20. You can ride uber with that price for 2 or 3 people compared take this tour for 50 per person.
Or you can request free pick up from your hotel. -

This is a great way to get to your hotel and back. Very dependable.

I was on the shuttle with no more two other parties to and fro. Great way to get your first look of the city. A little confusing finding him in the airport upon my arrival because the directions were a little confusing about the meet spot. The driver was nice and even though we did not speak each other's language, we still had a good conversation trying to talk to each other. I would recommend. There is a good walk to where the shuttles are allowed to park. They cannot park nearby like the taxis. That is the only reason that I don't give 5 stars. I am sure it is the airport's policy. The driver helped me with my luggage while walking to where the shuttles parked. I would recommend if you prefer shuttles. There were plenty of taxis at 11:00 AM when I arrived at the airport. They are all vying to drive you to your destination. I would probably take a taxi if it were significantly cheaper. Lastly, the shuttle was on time to pick me up at my hotel. There was traffic and rain and I still had plenty of time for check-in.

Pretty standard airport shuttle. A little difficulty finding them at the airport but we managed.

Shuttle wasn't at airport when me and my friend arrived. After multiple calls to the office, they sent someone to pick us up after waiting over an hour. They were on time for our transfer back to the airport.

they did not pick me up, called them and they say that i am not on the list, ended up getting a taxi.
