Operating daily, transfers are available to and from Antonio Carlos Jobim International or Santos Dumont Airport. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Rio de Janeiro city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Transfers operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
At time of booking, you MUST include the following details for BOTH your arrival and departure:
" Airline
" Flight number
" Time
" Full hotel name and address
Please note:
Pick up from the cruise ship port is not available.

We were met at the gate at the airport and transferred to our hotel (this was especially appreciated as we had just completed a 26 hour journey from Australia) and then taken from our hotel to the airport in time for us to catch our flight. Both transfers went smoothly without any problems, we were met as arranged before we left home. I would recommend this service.

This was a bit confusing , where to wait for our driver.

Pretty expensive, but I thought it was worth it because I was a solo traveler who did not speak Portuguese. I would have been lost or scammed by the taxi drivers if I went that route. Because I was a solo traveler I paid something like 260 for my round trip. It might be a lot but it simplified everything. As soon as I got out of customs there was a very nice English speaking lady that had a sign with my name. I went up to her and after introductions went to her car which was a 3 minute walk away. As she drove me to the hotel we had some small talk but she also gave me some inside information on what to see, what to expect, the customs of the people, and so forth. When she picked me up to go back to the airport she was on-time and courteous. I gave this 4 stars because of the price. Normally I tip, but for the price I felt it was included.

Everything went great! Pick up was right on time and shuttle went straight to the airport. Gus speaks wonderful English and is so warm and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and pointed out not on the history but told us much about the culture of this great city. Worth every dollar we paid.

Both of our drivers for our round trip transfer from the airport to our hotel were punctual and professional. I will continue to use viator for transfers and tours!

Both drivers were very nice, especially the one that returned us to the airport. They were both prompt and patient with us. However, once we got to Rio, we realized it would have been much more economical for us to just use Uber, so that's what we will probably do in the future.

The lady that picked us up after midnight was wonderful - spoke English perfectly and she also picked us up at 2.30am and dropped us off at the airport - could not recommend highly enough - fantastic
