    The agent was on-time, waiting for me in the arrivals section with a name board. She was friendly and informative, definitely recommended.

    The ride service was not there to pick us up at the airport. We had to call them to get us.

    So glad we booked these transfers. Saved so much time and the service was excellent. The guide was friendly and extremely helpful. On the way to our hotel we mentioned that we would have liked to have seen the Itaipu Dam on our last day but didn't know if we had time before they picked us up for the transfer back to the airport, she phoned her office from the car and explained what we wanted to do and before we reached our hotel the trip was sorted!

    Excellent service. The driver and his assistant there after customs with our names on a sign with smiles on their faces. They took us and one other couple in their van to our hotel. Luckily they took us to our hotel first it wasn't clear when we made the reservation that you are driven with other travelers. There's a soft sell on tours that they do, but not annoying in any way. All-in-all a great experience.

    The guide and driver met us promptly at the airport and again at the hotel.
    Although this could be done more cheaply using local taxis or, better yet, complementary transfer for some hotels, it does make things easier after a late flight or a long day of touring.

    We were disappointed as soon as we landed at Foz do Iguazu airport. No one greeted and picked us at the airport! After we asked around to other pickup staff, they directed us to some one who was supposed to pickup us. Thanks to other pickup staff for their hospitality and assistance! Picking a taxi at the airport may just be a better option, because we don't expect to picked up.
