    The length of your walking tour is approximately 5 km (about 3 miles). We will also take a bus from one station to another in a part of the tour.

    Here is the list of the places we will visited during this 3-hour walking tour of Curitiba:
    • Tiradentes Square: the place where Curitiba began.
    • Cathedral: inaugurated 1893 in neo-gothic style.
    • Pao da Liberdade: the former city hall was built in eclectic style and opened 1915.
    • Riachuelo Street: several second hand shops (clothing and furniture), besides popular shops
    • 19 December Square: opened 1953 to celebrate Paran□s 100th anniversary.
    • Passeio P□blico: Curitibas first park
    • Santos Andrade Square: see the Gua□ra Theater and the historical building of UFPR (university)
    • Curitibas bus system: we will take a typical bus to Eufr□sio Corr□a Square
    • Railroad Museum: the former rail station is today a shopping mall that hosts this museum
    • Baro do Rio Branco Street: was built to link the downtown area to the railroad. Curitibas first hotels were built here
    • Rua das Flores (pedestrian area): opened 1972, it is one of Curitibas main commercial areas
    • Boca Maldita: this place is very popular for its caf□s and discussions about politics and economy
    • Joo Cndido Square: Saint Francis Ruins and the Belvedere.
    • Garibaldi Square: beautiful place with old houses, the Garibaldi Club and the Ros□rio Church, attended formerly by slaves
    • Largo da Ordem: the Ordem church is the main attraction and the oldest in Curitiba, built 1736
