What a magic afternoon this canoe tour was! A highlight of our travels.The food and wine were superb and our guide was an expert of the area.I cannot recommend this tour more highly! Five stars from my husband and me.

Majel was a fabulous tour guide full of interesting knowledge about the area outside of Amsterdam, plus she provided a sumptuous picnic spread for dinner. I found the canoeing relaxing and easy and the surrounding countryside was quite peaceful. it gives another view into dutch canals and country life that you don't find in Amsterdam. I'd recommend this to my friends.

The tour guide Majel is highly professional, courteous, knowledgable, and on top of that very gracious! The excursion is well planned and the canoeing is through easy waters and charming scenery. Male's recent historical commentary really helped us to understand Dutch culture and landscape. The picnic supper is quite generous and the beverages before and after add a welcome touch and invite a sense of comradeship among the participants -- of whom there were three on our trip and the third is now a delightful new acquaintance of ours on Facebook. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a different perspective on touring in Amsterdam!

I had a great time on this canoeing tour. It starts with some simple canoeing through the water lands for about an hour or so, while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
After which, Majel prepared a wonderful picnic at a great spot.
It's a great tour, away from the bustle of the city. =)

Awesome experience! The guide was great at providing a historical perspective and was great company for the trip. I would definitely recommend!
