    Choose to attend a matinee performance (Saturday and Sunday only) or an evening show (Thursday to Saturday), and pick between three seating categories. Opt for top-priced tickets to ensure the best views in the house, or choose a cheaper option to suit your budget. Whichever seating category you select, you’ll receive the best seats available in your chosen section.

    On the day of the show, head out to the Theater Amsterdam, a modern purpose-built venue that opened in 2014. Start with a welcome drink, then make your way to your seat in the main auditorium. The performance is in Dutch, but you’ll be given a tablet on which you can choose between an audio or subtitled translation.

    Once seated, settle in for a memorable evening. Get swept up in the moving production, which relates Anne Frank’s poignant and powerful tale against the backdrop of a life-size set. Anne Frank was a young Jewish teenager, whose family was forced to flee Nazi persecution and go into hiding between 1942 and 1944. Their experiences were recorded by Anne in her diary, which was then published in more than 100 countries following her death. Borrowing from Anne’s own writings, the play covers her family's life prior to the Holocaust, the two years spent in hiding, and when her diary abruptly ended.

    The show is approximately three hours long including the interval.

    our day trip to Amsterdam went so well we thought we had had a longer holiday. Booking through Viator not only resulted in very good seats, but included 9 worth of welcome drinks at the theatre bar.
    By our seats was a transalation tablet organised by Viator.
