Lingbergh travels and viator made it very difficult to reschedule when our flights were delayed. I understand policy but they would both send us back and forth to one another, tell us it was taken care of, we would arrive to Lindbergh and were informed no changes were made. We lost our money on this tour.

We booked this tour on our last stop on a 10 day at Disney northern Europe cruise. We did not book an excursion from the cruise line as we been to Amsterdam many times. We looked forward to showing our daughter the van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank house, which we bought tickets from directly online. This excursion with regard to the van Gogh Museum was not as advertised. We got off the ship and went directly to pick up a ticket and there was no available entry until late in the afternoon which was not workable for us given our departure time. This was highly disappointing as we specifically booked this for an early afternoon entry. The local vendor simply told us it was too bad and we didn't arrive in time. I would not recommend this for anyone who is coming into Amsterdam for the day on a cruise ship. You will not get to do what you want to do. I booked this with the hop on hop off bus thinking it would be an easy way to get up to the museum from central city. It is not. There was a huge line for the bus and we had to spend too much of our limited time in Amsterdam waiting to get on a bus. Once on the bus, it did not go far before we sat again for a long period of time or they let people get on and get off. I will never book a hop on hop off bus again. After going through three stops and getting hardly anywhere, we got off and never got on again. Amsterdam is a beautiful walkable city and I would not recommend a hop on hop off bus and less you had mobility problems or have a lot more patience than I do

The bus was went to all the places we wanted to see. The Van Gogh was very impressive.

I picked up the tickets as mentioned on my viator booking confirmation, skip the line at 09:00 and the 24 hours hop on hop off bus tickets.

One of the best museums I have ever experienced. Be sure to get the headphones, they are easy to use and brings the entire story together. Hop on and Off bus was OK...we really did not use it as much as we could have, but definitely do a boat tour at night!

Had a wonderful experience-- the voucher was clear that you need to go to the tour operator and book your STL Van Gogh museum ticket. Unfortunately we went to the tour operator right when we got into town Dec 26 but all the tours that day and most of the next day were already booked. Still, we got into the museum about 90 min before closing and that was enough time to get all the way through. The museum is not huge. The Hop on hop off bus is always a great way to see a city.

amongst the countries I visited, armsterdam stood up.one of the best visit.HOHO bus was as good as the canal. not so sure bout VGM.

Getting our set time and tickets at tour office was very easy. Getting to the Van Gogh Museum using the Hop-On Hop Off bus was not difficult. Stopped at a flea market on the way and saw a windmill and got a snack that I was looking for in the market. Overall it was a good excursion.
