We were really looking forward to this as it was our first time to Amsterdam. We had booked using Viator before in Paris and had a great experience. Not so much this time. For some reason, with a large group of people, the tour guide decided not to use the ear pieces and attempted to do the tour just talking. Now if this was a small group of 8-10 it might have worked. This was a group of over 20. We left halfway through... Couldn't hear a thing he was saying.

The tour was very informative , our tour guide spoke several languages and was a native of Amsterdam so he was a great source of information

Disappointed with tour. Our guide rambled on with random stories/commentaries - some that we a tad inappropriate.

Local food tour was a great value. Our tour guide, Tyler, walked us though the small streets of Amsterdam in and around Spui Square with several stops for local food as well as excellent commentary on Dutch food, history and architecture. The tour included meats, croquettes, chocolates, desserts and drinks. Price of the food was included in the tour price.

The walking tour was OK, but not terribly interesting, and the guide was mediocre. The Optional Canal Cruise wasn't available when we booked.

Tour was good. We took the tour because it was supposed to be in Spanish, but was a mixed tour. So, first the guide gave all explanations in English and after finishing will start in Spanish, so expending so much time in each stop, wasting time for both English speakers and Spanish speakers.

Great tour of the sights of amsterdam. The information given to us from our guide (Garan) was fantastic.

The tour itself is great, but our guide Andy was 45 minutes late we were told due to traffic but the timing of giving us that information suggests a less palatable reason and the tour that I booked in English was given in both English and Spanish. Not fun paying for a tour that requires you to wait while each point of interest is explained a second time in another language before you can move on. I'd recommend looking for a company that doesn't combine languages on the same tour. The highlights of the tour as advertised are well-worth seeing, and but for the significant late start that cost us an hour and a half when you consider the time you're told to arrive, Andy was informative and entertaining.

Great way to get oriented to the city. Our guide told us lots of interesting stories, and took us to an amazing cheese shop!

Beautiful and informative. Although we got rained on, it is still a great place to walk!
