The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have certain restrictions. The vehicles CANNOT accommodate excess luggage. Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are not available. I had booked 2 luxury vans with 8 passengers per van. The booking site allowed up to 9 passengers and their luggage per van. Our cruise tour director assisted us in our disembarkation and she said these vans are good only for 6 passengers. True enough we could not fit and they called for another van to come and charged us 45 euro !,

A total failure your people wrote down the wrong cruise terminal. Nobody came to pick us and I had to take a taxi. You refuse to return the money for something that was you mistake I never will trust you company again.

Unfortunately this was not as good as our other transfers recommended and booked through Viator. Before I go any further, I must make it clear that the driver was wonderful and the problems were not of his doing. There apparently was a serious breakdown in communication. We were told that the driver would be waiting when we got off the ship, which we thought strange because all the other passengers with private transportation waited for their drivers aboard ship and they were paged when their drivers arrived. But, we did as we were instructed and got off the ship on time and waited for a driver that had our name. After about 35 minutes I called the local number and they said that the driver was there. After looking and not finding him, I called again and they said that he was at the Passenger Terminal and they advised us to walk over to it, which was ridiculous since it was at least a half mile away. I said that this was not the service I paid for and told them to send the driver over to where the ship was docked. At that point I was just going to find a taxi, but a kindly gentleman asked if we were who he was looking for. We said yes and he took over. He was there the whole time, and I know that because my wife was standing in front of his car the whole time. H e was aboard the ship looking for us...which apparently is normal. Once again the driver was excellent and the problem was with in the company and I suggest you talk to them before continuing to do business with them.
