The Viator driver was at our hotel before the agreed upon time. Therefore we didn't wait at all for our tour to begin. He was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He answered all of our questions and was quite pleasant. We were dropped off at out ship and again he was so thoughtful in unloading our luggage and making sure that we were where we needed to be.
Great job as usual using Viator.

We were met by our pleasant driver at our hotel in Amsterdam.He mistakenly took us to the wrong port but returned when I summoned him by phone .

Outstanding service -- driver arrived EARLY at Hilton Hotel -- loaded a mountain of bags for 5 people taking a 14 night cruise into the new Mercedes van and drove directly to the cruise ship terminal. Best service ever!
